Carlos Penzini: -
Carlos Penzini brings a breadth of expertise in management consulting, corporate strategy and business development to his role as SVP of Sales at Magic Leap. Leading a global sales team, Carlos is responsible for delivering strategic revenues across Magic Leap's business, focused on not only revenue and profit targets, but also market share. Previously, Carlos was a consultant to Magic Leap at Egon Zehnder, the global management consulting firm. And also served in Magic Leap's executive management team focused on people resources. He has also served as SVP of Strategy and Operations at Viacom International Media Networks, Consultant at Boston Consulting Group, and interned as Product Manager for the Amazon Kindle. His diverse experience also includes multiple entrepreneurial stints. Carlos has an MBA from the Haas School at UC Berkeley. He also has a Master’s in Finance and a Bachelor’s in Systems Engineering.
