Jesse Burke: -
Jesse V. Burke is currently Co-Owner of Red Sky Alliance's Wapack Labs, a private Cyber Security Intelligence Firm that produces cybersecurity intelligence for members of the Red Sky Alliance (redskyalliance.org). Jesse has a background in Computer Science/Criminal Justice and has been involved in Bitcoin since late 2009. In 2018 Jesse presented his research titled "Weaponizing Blockchain" to HackMiami and bSides Miami security conferences. Jesse has also spoken at Wapack Labs' Quarterly ThreatDay NYC, H2L & Wapack Labs annual Cyber Security Symposium(s), Blockchain World Open, Blockchain Economic Forum LAToken Live Blockchain Hacking Panel 2018, ITPalooza 2018 Blockchain Panel, and HackMiami 2019 on a variety of topics pertaining to information security. Jesse is the leader of Wapack Labs' Team Jaeger (German for Hunter) which trains college interns and Wounded Warrior Program Veterans basic threat intelligence collections and operational security practices used to monitor threats to members of the Red Sky Alliance. In the past, Jesse's Team Jaeger has been successfully contracted for monitoring threats to the 2016 Republican National Convention, the 2016 Rio Olympics, dozens of fortune 100 companies, and several high-net-worth families. Jesse is passionate about information security, cryptography, programming, aviation, and cryptocurrency.
